SEXY SAMMIES CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF 2ND LOCATION IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN GREELEY LOCALLY OWNED CHICKEN RESTAURANT

Sexy Sammies, Colorado’s premier restaurant for chicken tenders, sandwiches, and more, opened its second location in iconic downtown Greeley. The new location is located at 1540 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631 (16th Street & 8th Ave in the Maddie Apartments), next to Roma’s in Greeley. We will have daily specials for our text club and feature a limited edition beer brewed in collaboration with Wiley Roots Brewing Company: the Sexy AF Cherry Lime Sour. We will also be giving away free tenders for a year to one lucky winner, and people can sign up to win here.
Sexy Sammies owner Brian Seifried is beyond excited for his team to join the downtown Greeley community and bring a modern, community-focused restaurant to the growing downtown culture. “We are beyond excited for this location near the UNC campus and to bring another small business to the thriving downtown Greeley community,” says Seifried. “Since our start in Garden City with Wing Shack 18 years ago, we have loved being a part of this town.”
They hope to bring only the best chicken sandwiches and other food to the Greeley community and serve chicken tenders to the University of Northern Colorado while students are in school. This new chicken restaurant will be a fun place to eat for Greeley and the surrounding area and bring new life to the restaurants in downtown Greeley. Student discounts are in the works, along with local events, community donations, and regular food specials. This will also be a great place for people to enjoy happy hour in Greeley with their selection of local craft beer!
Mayor of Greeley and resident John Gates is looking forward to the second Sexy Sammies location as well. "You won't find a finer chicken sandwich than what Sexy Sammies serves," says Gates. "We have a good selection of tenders and "sammies," but my particular favorite is the Nashville Hot Sammie. I wholeheartedly love Sexy Sammies!"
Fellow community member and UNC assistant athletic director David Sabolcik is a fan as well. He thinks this is a great addition to the growing, modern community that is downtown Greeley. “UNC Athletics and all of UNC—in particular the students—are excited for the opening of Sexy Sammies just off campus,” exclaims Sabolcik. “Sexy Sammies is a great partner of the Bears, but quite frankly, we just provide great food in an easy-to-use concept, so it will be fantastic to have a location to serve campus and the eastern part of Greeley and beyond.”
Our hours are 10:30 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. A percentage of our first week of sales will be donated back to Frontier House and Life Stories.
